By registering and/or using the www.go4rit.com site, users are deemed to have read, understood, comprehended and agreed to the entire content set forth under these Terms and conditions. These Terms of Use constitute a form of agreement made in a legal agreement between the User and PT. GO FOR INDONESIA. If the user does not agree to any, part or all of terms set forth under these Terms of Use, the user shall not use the services at www.go4rit.com.

A. Definition
  1. GO4rit: A platform provided by PT. GO FOR INDONESIA, accessible through www.go4rit.com and its mobile application, aimed at reducing waste by connecting buyers and sellers for the sale or donation of leftover products, food, and items.
  2. GO4rit: A platform provided by :company, accessible through www.go4rit.com and its mobile application, aimed at reducing waste by connecting buyers and sellers for the sale or donation of leftover products, food, and items.
  3. GO4rit Site: The website www.go4rit.com.
  4. Terms of use: An agreement between users and GO4rit containing rules governing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and GO4rit, including procedures for using the GO4rit service system.
  5. User: Any party using GO4rit services, including buyers, sellers, or visitors to the GO4rit Site.
  6. Buyer: A registered user who makes a request for goods sold by a seller on GO4rit.
  7. Seller/Merchant: A registered user who opens a store and/or offers goods to users on GO4rit.
  8. Goods: Tangible objects listed on GO4rit, including:
    • End of Day: Food from restaurants, stores, and supermarkets.
    • End of Life: Packaged products close to expiry.
    • End of Season: Out-of-season clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc.
    • End of Stock: Warehouse or shop stock clearance.
    • End of Harvest: Unsold harvest directly from farms.
    • For Free: Items given away by households and businesses.
  9. Service Fee: The Value Added Tax (VAT) of 10% charged on the total price of every order.
  10. Income Balance: Earnings from sales on the platform, managed within the user account and withdrawable to a registered bank account.
  11. Refund Balance: A temporary holding facility for funds owned by the buyer from refunds, which can be reused for purchases or withdrawn to a registered bank account.
  12. OTP Verification: One-Time Passwords sent to users' email addresses for verification purposes.
  13. Profile ID: Identification for users linked to their GO4rit account.
  14. Transaction: The process of buying and selling goods on the GO4rit platform, including reservation, payment, and pickup.

B. Account, Income Balance, Password and Security
  1. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old, married, or legally capable to enter into binding agreements. If a user does not meet these criteria but continues to use the platform, it is assumed they have received parental or guardian consent.
  2. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it promptly if there are any changes.
  3. Profile Identification: Users will be identified through a Profile ID linked to their GO4rit account.
  4. Earnings: Merchants earn income from sales on the platform.
  5. Income Balance Management: Income is displayed and managed within the user's account.
  6. Withdrawals: Income can be withdrawn to a registered bank account. Income balance cannot be used for purchasing goods but may be used for merchant-specific features like promotions.
  7. Password Creation: Users must create a strong password that meets security guidelines.
  8. Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
  9. Unauthorized Access: Users must notify GO4rit immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  10. Security Measures: GO4rit employs security measures such as encryption to protect user accounts.
  11. OTP Verification: GO4rit uses One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to users' email addresses for verification purposes.
  12. User-Initiated Termination: Users can terminate their accounts by contacting GO4rit support.
  13. Platform-Initiated Termination: GO4rit can terminate accounts for violations of terms or illegal activities without prior notice. This includes actions like duplicating accounts, committing fraud, or using unauthorized tools to manipulate the platform.
  14. Single Account: Each email address can only be used to register one GO4rit account.
  15. Activity Compliance: Users agree not to use the platform for activities that disrupt the service or compromise security, including using bots, macros, or other automated tools.
  16. Confidentiality: GO4rit will never ask for passwords or verification codes, and users should not share these details with anyone.
  17. Liability: GO4rit is not liable for any loss resulting from user negligence, such as sharing account details or falling for phishing attempts.

C. Purchase Transaction

Transaction Procedure

  1. Process: Users visit go4rit.com, log into their account, select goods, reserve, pay, and wait for merchant confirmation. Users must then visit the restaurant to pick up their order. Enabling location services is recommended to find the nearest participating restaurants.

Payment Methods

  1. User Balance: Users can top up their balance and use it for purchases.
  2. Virtual Account: Bank payments via virtual accounts are available.
  3. Merchant Confirmation: Merchants confirm user orders. If an item is out of stock, the merchant can cancel the order and inform the user via in-app chat. For partially available items, the merchant can inform the user via chat.
  4. Product Details: Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding the product descriptions before making a purchase.
  5. Facilitation Platform: GO4rit does not transfer legal ownership of products; it solely facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers.
  6. Merchant Responsibility: Merchants are responsible for updating stock availability. Out-of-stock items will not appear in the item list.
  7. Automatic Refunds: If an order is canceled or fails, the system automatically refunds the amount to the user's balance.
  8. Limited Sharing: GO4rit does not share buyer information with merchants. Merchants can only see the customer's name during in-app chats.
  9. Payment Deadline: Users must complete the payment within 24 hours. Orders will automatically expire if payment is not completed within this timeframe.
  10. Pickup Times: Each item has a specified pickup window set by the merchant.

D. Sales Transaction
  1. Price Manipulation: Merchants must not manipulate the price of goods for any reason.
  2. Prohibited Goods: Merchants must not offer or trade prohibited goods according to GO4rit's policies.
  3. Product Information: Merchants must provide complete and accurate product photos and descriptions. Any discrepancies between the product description and the actual product may result in transaction cancellation and withholding of funds.
  4. Standard Clauses: Merchants must not include standard clauses in product titles, photos, notes, or descriptions that contradict GO4rit's terms, such as not accepting complaints, returns, or refunds.
  5. Order Response Time: Merchants must respond to orders within 2 days of receiving the order notification. Failure to respond may result in automatic order cancellation.
  6. Partial Orders: Merchants must communicate with buyers and obtain consent before processing partial orders due to stock availability.
  7. Split Payment Method: Merchants are prohibited from splitting one transaction into multiple payments to manipulate the payment method.
  8. Confidentiality: Merchants must maintain the confidentiality of buyer information and are prohibited from misusing buyer data.
  9. Delivery Receipt: Merchants must provide a valid delivery receipt within 2x24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order notification. Invalid or untraceable receipts must be corrected within 1x24 hours upon notification.
  10. Taxes: Merchants are responsible for managing and reporting taxes related to sales transactions in accordance with applicable laws.

E. Storefront Layout
  1. External Advertising: Merchants must not use the storefront to advertise or promote pages outside the GO4rit platform.
  2. Personal Contact Information: Merchants must not provide personal contact data with the intention of conducting direct transactions with buyers or potential buyers outside the platform.
  3. Relevant Information: Merchants must only provide relevant store and product information. Any unrelated or inconsistent information is prohibited.
  4. Accurate Naming and Descriptions: The naming of goods and product information must match the detailed information, specifications, and condition of the goods. Merchants must not include names, descriptions, images, or words that are unrelated or inconsistent with the goods.
  5. GO4rit's Rights: GO4rit reserves the right without prior notice to apply cashback, cancel rewards benefits, take down content, and/or moderate stores in the event of any violation of these terms.
  6. Product Deletion: GO4rit may delete goods from the storefront if they meet the deletion criteria. Merchants will be given a grace period to make necessary corrections before deletion occurs.
  7. Deletion Agreement: If the merchant does not make the relevant corrections within the grace period, they agree to the deletion by GO4rit.
  8. Store and Domain Changes: GO4rit is authorized to change the name and/or use the merchant's store name and/or domain for internal purposes.

F. Service Fee
  1. Service Fees: GO4rit charges a Value Added Tax (VAT) of 10% on the total price for every order.
  2. Application Service Fees: There are no additional fees for system maintenance or improving service quality.
  3. Refunds: In the event of a canceled or failed order, the VAT will be refunded to the user balance based on the total order amount.
  4. Guarantees and Responsibilities: GO4rit administrators will confirm the goods listed on the platform. Users must ensure that their goods comply with applicable laws and regulations.

G. Price
  1. Price Setting: The prices of goods are set by the merchants. GO4rit reserves the right to warn merchants if prices are deemed unreasonable.
  2. Price Manipulation: Merchants must not manipulate the price of goods. Any form of price manipulation is discouraged and may result in warnings or other actions by GO4rit.
  3. Price Errors: Merchants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their product prices. GO4rit does not have specific policies for handling price errors caused by merchants or technical issues.
  4. Currency: All transactions on GO4rit are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The maximum unit price limit for goods that can be offered is 100,000,000 IDR.
  5. Responsibility: GO4rit is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from price disagreements between merchants and buyers.
  6. Total Price: By ordering through GO4rit, users agree to pay the total price stated on the payment page, which includes the price of goods, VAT, and any other applicable costs. Users must complete payment using the selected payment method.

H. Content
  1. Prohibited Content: Users must not upload or use any words, comments, images, or content that contain elements of ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations discrimination, demeaning or cornering others, vulgarity, threats, advertising or promotion to sites other than GO4rit, or other elements contrary to social values and norms. GO4rit reserves the right to take necessary actions for violations, including content removal, store moderation, and account blocking.
  2. Watermarks and Proprietary Rights: Users must not use photos/images of goods with watermarks indicating the proprietary rights of others. Misuse of such photos/images is the personal responsibility of the user.
  3. Personal Responsibility: Users are personally responsible for the misuse of photos/images they upload.
  4. Advertising and Promotion: Merchants must not use photos/images of goods or store logos to advertise or promote other sites.
  5. Intellectual Property: Users warrant that their uploaded content does not infringe any intellectual property rights. Users grant GO4rit a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use their content in any media. Users are liable for any intellectual property rights infringement in their uploaded content.
  6. Interaction Features: GO4rit provides a chat feature to facilitate interactions between buyers and merchants about the goods offered. Merchants must not use this feature to increase prices or for spamming.
  7. Catalog Accuracy: GO4rit encourages merchants to keep their product catalogs accurate and up-to-date. Users agree not to hold GO4rit responsible for discrepancies in the catalog.
  8. Content Moderation: GO4rit reserves the right to take down any content that violates the terms, applicable laws, or advertising ethics at any time without prior notice.

    • Categories: Clothing, Shoes, Linen, Blankets, Jewelry, etc.
  4. End of Stock: Warehouse or shop stock clearance.
    • Categories: Bulk items, snacks, clothes, etc.
  5. End of Harvest: Unsold harvest directly from farms.
    • Categories: Vegetables, rice, etc.
  6. For Free: Items given away by households and businesses.
    • Categories: Any products or meals the giver chooses to offer.

J. Disclaimer of Warranty And Limitation of Liability
  1. Service Nature: GO4rit is a web portal that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. As such, the transactions that occur are between GO4rit members, and GO4rit's role is limited to providing the platform for these interactions.
  2. Service Guarantees: GO4rit strives to maintain a secure, comfortable, and functional service. However, continuous operation or real-time accuracy of information on GO4rit cannot be guaranteed. The services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.
  3. Liability Limitations: To the extent permitted by applicable law, GO4rit (including its parent company, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, or other intangible losses) arising directly or indirectly from:
    • The use or inability to use GO4rit services.
    • Errors in price descriptions or other information.
    • Delays or interruptions in GO4rit services.
    • Negligence or loss incurred by users.
    • Quality or delivery of goods.
    • Infringements of intellectual property rights.
    • Disputes between users.
    • Defamation by other parties.
    • Misuse of goods purchased.
    • Unauthorized payments to parties other than GO4rit's official account.
    • Viruses or malicious software obtained by accessing GO4rit services.
    • Glitches, bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the services.
    • Damage to hardware from using GO4rit services.
    • Content, actions, or omissions of third parties related to products on GO4rit.
    • Enforcement actions taken regarding user accounts.
    • Hacking of user accounts by third parties.
  4. Common Issues: GO4rit highlights the following specific issues and risks:
    • Service Interruptions:Potential delays or interruptions in the service.
    • Quality of Goods:Variations in the quality of goods offered by sellers.
    • Disputes:Possible disputes between buyers and sellers.
    • Unauthorized Transactions:Risks of unauthorized transactions.
    • Intellectual Property Infringement:Responsibility of users to ensure their content does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
    • Malicious Software:Risks of viruses or other malicious software.

K. Release

If You have any dispute with one or more users, You release :company (including the Parent Company, Directors and employees) from any claim and demand for damages and losses (actual and implied) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way in connection with the dispute, including but not limited to losses arising from the purchase of prohibited Goods set out in Point I. Types of Goods. Thus, Users intentionally waive all legal protections (provided under the law or other legal regulations) which will limit the scope of these terms of release.

L. Indemnity

Users shall release :company from any claim for compensation and keep indemnified :company (including the Parent Company, directors and employees) against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by third parties that arises in the event that You violate this Agreement, the improper use of the :company Services and/or Your violation of the law or the rights of third parties.

M. Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be governed under and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise out of, in connection with, or exist in any way with respect to the site and/or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
